Day 1- Airport - Istanbul (D) Arrive in Istanbul. Meet
and assist at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day
at leisure. Overnight in Istanbul.
DAY 2: Istanbul Depart from the hotel for a full day city tour.
Our first stop will be St. Sophia, the great Byzantine Basilica built
in the 6th century; then the Blue Mosque which is a 17th century Ottoman
Mosque famous with its six minarets and magnificent interior with blue
tiles. Continue to Turkish and Islamic Arts Museum, a great collection
of artifacts from many civilizations of Anatolia. Visit Hippodrome, the
place chariot races and competitive athletic events took place during the
Roman period. Visit the Topkapi Palace, the residence of Ottoman Sultans
housing the richness of 700 years. Visit of the treasury section with
the crown jewels and the unique collection of Chinese porcelains. Suleymaniye
Mosque, the Mosque of Sultan Süleyman the Magnificent built in the 16th
century. Our last stop will be the Grand Bazaar, world famous shopping
center where you will have shopping opportunities for carpets, jewellery,
leather, etc. (The Grand Bazaar is closed on Sundays). (B,L).

DAY 3: Full-day Bosphorus Tour with lunch We start our tour with a stop at the Spice Market. Take a cruise by ferry which crosses the
Bosphorus visiting both Europe and Asia with stops en route to take photos of the natural beauty,
15th century Rumelihisari Fortress, summer palaces and the old wooden houses. The cruise
terminates at the fishing village of Sariyer close to The Black Sea. Then visit Sadberk Hanim
Museum - the first private museum of Istanbul displaying an excellent collection of archaeological
and ethnographical items in an old handsome mansion by the Bosphorus. Drive to Camlica Hill
on Asian side via Bosphorus Bridge to see the beautiful panoramic view of Istanbul. Then visit
the Beylerbeyi Palace, the summer residence of Ottoman Sultans with its original furniture and
magnificent gardens. (Spice market is closed on Sundays). (B,L).
DAY 4: Istanbul - Ankara - Cappadocia We depart early from Istanbul to the airport to catch a flight to Ankara where we begin our 2-day
cappadocia tour. We drive to Cappadocia along thepicturesque Salt Lake. Lunch on the way at
a local restaurant. After lunch, visit to the 13th century Seljukian Caravanserai Agzikarahan on
the ancient silk road. Then continue to Kaymakli Underground City -the place that early
Christians hid from arabic persecutors. After visiting Pigeon's Valley, one of the most colorful
points, check-in to the hotel, dinner and overnight in Cappadocia. (B,L,D).
DAY 5: Cappadocia - Ankara - Izmir After having breakfast in the hotel drive to Uçhisar, the point where you can see a great part of
the region from the top of thenatural fortress. Then proceed to the open air museum through
Göreme Valley and visit to the early Christian churches decorated with unique frescoes depicting
various scenes from the Bible.Lunch at a local restaurant. Finally we visit Zelve and then we have
some time for shopping as the area is known for its handicrafts like carpet, onyx and pottery
making. Return to Ankara Airport for your flight to Izmir. We arrive Izmir and transfer to the hotel. (B,L).

DAY 6: Izmir - Ephesus - Izmir After breakfast we depart on out full day tour of Ephesus.
Ephesus is situated in the fertile Ionian landscape and famous throughout history for its temple
of Artemis, one of the seven wonders of the world. Ephesus is considered to be the showpiece
among all the antique cities of the world. Leave for Ephesus and first visit the house of Virgin
Mary. Virgin Mary accompanied St. John to Ephesus, spent her last years and died in a small
high on a hill, among a forest of olive trees close by to Ephesus. A visit is considered to be a
Pilgrimage by the Vatican. You may collect holy water from the sacred spring. Visit the Basilica
of St.John who came here and wrote his gospeland the temple of Artemis. Ephesus was
undoubtly, one of the most important cultural centers of the ancient world and among her
impressive structures you will marvel at the library of Celcus, temple of Hadrian, the theater and
the Odeon. We will also visit the Museum of Selçuk. Return to your hotel in Izmir for overnight
stay. (B).
DAY 7: Izmir - Istanbul Transfer to Izmir airport for your flight to Istanbul
to connect to your international flight. (B).
